About the Farm
Located in Greenford, Ohio
We are located in Greenford, Ohio right on State Route 165, conveniently located 15 minutes from Salem, Columbiana, and Canfield.
Edward & DeErla
Edward and DeErla Schaefer are our first generation farmers who started farming part time while they both had full time jobs. Over the years, the farm expanded and allowed Edward to farm full time. While DeErla continued to work off the farm as a nurse.
Ed Jr. & Jennifer
Ed Jr. and Jennifer are still active in the farm today. Ed and Jen raise quality beef cattle that they sell by the 1/2 and 1/4. Jen has a full time job watching the grandkids and raising old english sheepdog puppies.
Evan & Sarah
Evan and Sarah are 3rd generation on the farm. Sarah works off the farm, but enjoys helping when she can. Pictured with them are their daughters, Gracie and Anna.
Luke Schaefer
Luke is also 3rd Generation on the farm; alongside him is Katelyn who has an equestrian center. Luke spends his spare time as a volunteer firefighter.
